1. What we collect
When you send an enquiry (through the form on this site, WhatsApp, or email), we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, contact details, preferred dates, guest count, and any message you add.
2. How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm a stay, and communicate with you before and during your visit. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.
3. Where enquiries go
The enquiry form on this site sends your details directly to us via WhatsApp or email, whichever you choose. It doesn't pass through a separate database or third-party CRM.
4. Third-party services on this site
This site embeds a Google Maps view of our location and links out to WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and our Facebook page. Those services operate under their own privacy policies once you interact with them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as reasonably needed to handle your stay and any follow-up, then delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
