What's actually included in the apartment?
A full kitchen, air conditioning, a smart TV, free wifi and DSTV, a washing machine, 24/7 security, backup power and water, and free on-site parking, in every unit.
What's the rate?
Unit One is ZMW 2,100 per night, or ZMW 30,000 for a full month. The other five apartments are still being listed. Send us a message and we'll confirm the rate as soon as that unit is ready.
How does booking direct actually work?
There's no live calendar yet, so send your dates through the enquiry form. We reply on WhatsApp or email, usually within the hour, and confirm the rate and availability directly, with no OTA commission added to the price.
What happens during load-shedding?
Every apartment has backup power and water, so outages shouldn't interrupt your stay. Ask us on WhatsApp if you'd like specifics before you book.

Can I still book through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes, both listings are live if you prefer to book that way. Booking direct with us just means no platform fees on top of the rate.
